Definite go for dire wolves, 3 dps is better than the one grizzly, and they do way more damage the the 5 wolves because they are able to eat corpses to increase their dps. That being said, there is some stuff that druid can do to help get through hell if you really want to hurt yourself. So you will have a heart for a little extra damage, it isn't the same as amp damage that can remove physical immune.
